Head Chef Callum Cory
Callum Started His Hospitality Career At Princes Golf Club In 2012 With The Grand Opening Off The New Hotel “The Lodge ” And Restaurant “Brasserie On The Bay”.
Starting As A Kitchen Porter Former Head Chef Micheal Fowler Saw Potential In Callum And Offered Him The Opportunity To Become A Trainee Chef.
Callum Worked Hard And Become Qualified In Level 2 Professional Cookery and Level 3 Patterisery NVQ With HIT Training Acadamy. Micheal Fowler And The Team Went On To The Achieve 2 Rosettes. Callum Traveled With Micheal To Further acclaimed Restaurants Over The Years.
Callum Then Split From Micheal and Relocated To Cornwall To Gain Experience In Different Crusieens To Build His knowledge Of Different Cooking Skills And Gain His Level 3 Leadership & Management NVQ
Missing Home He Decided To Come Back Home To Kent. Callum Decided To Take A Massive Leap In His Career And Applied For The Head Chef Position Here At The Powell. Callum Since Joined Us In 2017
